ZTH ("ZTH," "we," "us") builds capital access, fundraising readiness, and growth infrastructure products, including this website, ZTH Insider, and the Investor Mock Room. This page explains what we collect through them, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, phone number, company, and the service category you select, when you submit an inquiry on this site.
• Investor Mock Room waitlist — name, email, and any details you provide when you join the waitlist.
• ZTH Insider — name and email if you sign up for updates.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type. This is aggregate usage data, not tied to a form submission unless you separately submit one.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Why we collect it

Form submissions exist to let our team follow up with you directly — every inquiry is reviewed personally, not routed through automated marketing sequences. Analytics data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful and which aren't.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database, accessible only to the ZTH team. We do not share this data with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host it (Supabase, Vercel), who process it solely on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any data you've submitted, or ask what we hold on you, by emailing zth@zth.co.in. We'll act on it directly — there's no self-service deletion flow today, so a real person on our team will handle your request.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
